Ross Dewar is the founder of Cricket Strength where his mission is to help Cricketers get Faster, Bowl Quicker for longer without getting hurt. Dewsy (as he’s affectionately known) has worked in Professional Cricket since 2000, working with Somerset, Northamptonshire (Northants), and Worcestershire Counties as the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach. Ross has a degree in Sports Science and a passion for helping cricketers be their best selves.
